S/O to canadian tire auto services; YOU GUYS are AMATEURS.
i went to Canadian tire at Sheppard and Leslie, bought one Reese Hitch receiver for my Nissan Altima, and one Thule 957 parkway 4 bike hitch. I asked them if they can install the hitch to my car, they said yes they can and it will cost $133 and they can finish till to 4:30. It was 3pm when I left my car.

I waited till 6pm, before they're closing asked about my car. they told me that they cannot do it today because they were not sure how to install. i was angry, they could tell me this that i didn't need to wait for hours.

next day i was there around 8am. i showed a youtube video about the installation, they din't want to watch, and asked them to put silicon and rust protector when they cut or drill any place on the car, they said of course they know that.

we found out after the installation that they forgot the silicon and the rust killer.

i put the silicon and rust protector myself, also realized the hitch is not straight

Canadian tire is a great store, it was your mistake to go to Canadian Tire for hitch receiver installation, instead, you should have gone to U-HAUL
